Standard Rates:

  • $220.00 /Night -Weekend
  • $195.00/Night-Weekday

(Check in 3:00 P. M., check out noon)
Rates are non-holiday, 2-day minimum.  Please inquire about holiday rates.

Discounts:

  • ASK ABOUT OUR 10% DISCOUNT

Deposit:

  • To hold your reservation a deposit of  50% is due by check no later than 2 weeks after booking.   Deposit is non-refundable but may be used toward a future booking.   If your party is larger then 12 please call and speak with Dave. Mail checks to Dave Darilek, PO BOX 1631,  Pottsboro, TX  75076.
  • Balance due upon check-in.
  • $75 cleaning fee is due upon check in.

Additional Notes:

  • Absolutely NO smoking indoors (ashtray available outside).
